Did you know: When you drive home from work today - if you obey all traffic laws, don't talk, or text on your cell phone, pay complete attention to your driving, and drive a vehicle that has been properly maintained - you will not be involved in an accident that is your fault.  If everyone on the road did all of the above - it would result in no accidents!

The reason A&D will continue to have zero incidences on all projects, every year, is that we do the equivalent of the above on every job, every day. We have developed a comprehensive but easy to follow Safety program that is required of anyone and everyone that steps foot on our job site.  We have zero tolerance for any safety violations. 

Safety starts from day one.  Part of our extensive screening process of our subcontractors is safety.  Not only must they pass the safety part of the screening, but they MUST BUY IN to our safety culture! 

A&D places such a priority on safety that we have hired a designated, highly trained, and experienced Safety Manager to insure that safety is being properly adhered to on every project.  We feel it is important to have a standardized safety program that is used on every project.  Our Safety Manager insures that each job site Safety Officer is properly trained, and fully understands all aspects of our Safety Program.  This insures that they are able to properly orientate every person that steps on our job site.
